Video File Not Showing Up/ Black Screen

Hey there, my first post so I appreciate the advice.

I am having trouble getting my video file to playback. See attached image:

Some history... started the project on another computer. It worked fine and I made certain to keep all files on my external hdd in the same folder. Used it on different computers with the same setup and it worked fine. Needed to edit from home, so purchased iLok device and am using the Pro Tools trial version (30 days) today.

Started up Pro Tools and tried to play back. It said I was using too much CPU and then stopped playing sound. Restarted, sound worked fine but now video doesn't work (not sure if it even did when I first started up). All I get is the black screen.

I've tried relinking the media, but it does nothing. I can play the file in quicktime. It is properly compressed-- I know this because I've used it in pro tools on other systems. Any suggestions? I really need to get it together before tomorrow.
