PT 9 complete production toolkit 2 & heat?

I found these two options on the install files. Are they free are they included with PT9?

Neither of them are free. They're just on the disc as a convenience for those who might need to install them.

Heat is for TDM systems only and won't work on a native system.

Complete Production Toolkit 2 is an expansion pack that increases track count and adds some other features like surround mixing, etc. It retails for $2000 but sometimes you can get it cheaper on Ebay, etc.
