Mix window resize issue

I am experiencing a menu bar glitch in Pro Tools 12.5 as seen in attached picture. How do I fix this?

I am running Pro Tools 12.5 on Windows 10

I am unable to change the height of my mix window beyond a certain point. It doesn't quite make full screen height. I do not have this problem with my edit window.

I have attached a screen shot showing menu bar glitch and the maximum height the mix window allows me to adjust

Yes..im having the same issue here with my Cinema Display 30inch

I just noticed this glitch doesn't happen until I load a session. When I first load Pro Tools The menu bar is fine. When I load a session Pro Tools seems to change resolution (everything goes tiny), the menu bar glitches (as seen in image) and the mix window will not resize to full height of the screen. All three of these errors seem to be linked somehow
