Artist Transport LEDs bug?

Hang on guys, this is starting to look to me like it's been done by design.

I expected that all the buttons around the jog wheel should be lit up if they have a function assigned.

However, only one button at a time is lighting up, and I think this is the way it's supposed to be.

For example, if I'm playing a song, only the Play button is lit. If everything is stopped, only the Stop button is lit. Is this different from what you guys are seeing?

That's what the Transport does in PT for instance (I assume in all other DAWs as well). But in other apps the transport buttons don't even lit at all unless you push the shift button twice (and they stop again if you have moved to another application in the meantime). Best.
