Random notes during MIDI recording
Hi,
I have a Yamaha keyboard connected through a MIDI/USB cable directly into my Windows computer. Everything seems to work fine with MIDI playing/recording, except one note (an E4) keeps playing at completely random times when I am not playing the note myself. It seems to be happening only while I am playing other notes (it doesn't happen whilst I'm not playing at all). I am able to go into the MIDI window and delete the note from the recording, but it is extremely annoying. Any suggestions? (I have local turned off) Thanks! |

Re: Random notes during MIDI recording
I have figured out that the note was not playing randomly, and that the Sustain pedal is triggering this E4 note. How do I map the pedal to no longer play the note?
