Default MIDI I/O Doesn't Show All Ports

I recently reconnected my MIDI I/O to my computer (PTLE 7.4, Windows XP) but it only shows port 10 of the MIDI I/O as an available option for input/output from within the MIDI Studio Setup section of Pro Tools. I went to the Control Panel to see if the routing matrix is set up correctly and noticed that no Settings tab is displayed for the MIDI I/O. Why did the Settings tab disappear and why are ports 1 through 9 not available for input/output? Please help. Going nuts.

Just uninstalled MIDI I/O driver and then re-installed it again. Works now.
