Problem with upgrade install to 10.3.9 ???

I did an uninstall of 10.3.8 and just tried installing 10.3.9 inwhich I get an error saying "system extension cannot be used". Screenshot was taken and attached for the exact extension.

Anybody else have this problem or have any info?

Running Mac 10.6.8 with Pro Tools HD Native.
