Default Arturia Service Center woes

Anybody else having problems with ASC these last few days since they dropped Pigments? When I go to open ASC it takes literally minutes to just come up on screen and then even longer to get to the screen where it says it's logging in to my account. Yesterday it took over 10 minutes to come up with my instruments and such. Today it never even gets that far.

Today it's asking to register my computer where it hasn't done that before. I have two partitions on my daw MacPro and both are exhibiting the same behaviour. One is OSX 10.10.5 and the other is OSX 10.12.6

Note that I can login to Arturia account via Firefox Quantum no problem so it's not like their servers are down.

I've never not had issues using that stupid thing. Probably my least favorite piece of software ever.

They seem to have problems every time they push an update. It's like their server room is a couple of old Celeron Gateways and a dialup modem.

I usually don't have issue either but ever since Pigments dropped their entire ecosystem has gone into Rip van Winkle mode. What makes it even stranger I could get to my Arturia account through Firefox Quantum no problem but ASC was a nightmare. The other day when I tried to get through via ASC it took 30 minutes (no lie - I timed it - was enough time for me to do the breakfast dishes and brew up some Earl Grey tea) to get all the way through.

There's a thread over on the Arturia forums about this and no answer from corporate about this.

Usually around the time of a new release I experience horrible performance from the ASC app but just checked and was able to get in within seconds.
Tried a second time, took about 5 seconds but then connected again.
I am surprised it worked at all to tell you the truth...

When I tried yesterday afternoon about 3PM eastern US it took about 5 minutes to come up with the login screen; for some reason it forgot my login password. I entered that and it took another 5 minutes to get to the product screen. Usually it's jackrabbit fast but this is weird. Haven't tried it today yet.
