Upgrade from 10 to 11 still possible
Hey guys,
I finally want to upgrade to PT 11 because of the 64 bit architecture..is that still possible ? How do I do it. I tried to find out on the avid website but I kind of got lost and didn't really find what I was looking for. thanx Kai

You need to find a reseller that sells "reinstatement" (of support and update plan). Avid stopped selling those last year.

I see you are from Germany, so best to call Thomann sales rep and ask if this product is what you need. It does not say "reinstatement" on product page, but it is more expensive than this one that clearly says update plan renewal.

... and don't worry about it focusing on "latest version". As far as I know, the license bundle has all versions since PT10 so if you specifically want older version it should be possible. Just ask Avid Support and they will deliver.
