Hi

I received an email on 24th December to say that my account needed attention due to authorised online reseller was changing from Arvato Systems to Digital River.
There's mention of opting in and giving consent of which I did neither.
The email specifically states that if I do not give consent or opt in then my subscription will be terminated as of 26th December 2019
Except, Arvato has processed another payment on the 26th. I am livid.
I have checked for extra information and it seems that Digital River became the authorised seller in July of this year so Arvato shouldn't be processing this.

I am not a professional Pro Tools user, never have been but it was always my intention. I live in the UK and the only money I have is the contraversial Universal Credit, which equates to less than £300 per month to live on. The subscription was £190.40, which has basically wiped me out for the month. I only received my social security check on the 23rd so haven't been able to pay my bills or buy food. This is ridiculous.

Anyone else had unauthorised payments taken by Arvato?
