What do these question marks mean on my icons in MIDI studio setup?

What do these question marks mean on my icons in MIDI studio setup?

For some reason, there are now big red question marks on my MIDI instrument icons in my MIDI studio setup. I'm running 8.1 on DIGI002 Rack with the latest CS update. It seems like the red question marks appeared after I installed the update. Anybody know if just my icons got erased or if there is a more serious problem? I'm also having trouble getting Pro-Tools to receive MIDI signal from my controller now...
