Default PT10 Midi Grid problem

When I work in Grid mode, everything looks right and the notes fall on the grids. When I switch to SLIP mode, the grid changes and seems like it's set for a different tempo. I guess this is best explained by the 2 pics attached. Would appreciate any help

Yes. your grid has gone to the main counter's setup (in this case, linear time, ie: hours:mins.secs) in slip mode. If you want it to look the same, change you main counter to bars/beats.
