Default HELP !!! Problems with I lok authorization

Hi
In January I purchased a copy of pro Tools 10 that worked perfectly,but two weeks ago the light on the Ilok started flickering and it was no more recognized by the software and the site of Pace Antipiracy.
I submit a request of assistance and I sent them my broken Ilok. I bought a new, empty one to refill with my license as soon as they recover it from my older one.
A week ago they put on my account a wrong license (an older license of a Pro Tools 9) saying that the RMA "has been processed under warranty and the licenses recovered from your iLok"
I wrote them several e-mail ([email protected]) but they never answer......

What can I do now?????

I have a lot of work to finish......

Is there anybody that can help me?
Pace Antipiracy sucks. I wrote them a lot of e-mails asking for explication about the mistake, but they still don't answer.
Is there a way to have a new license through Avid?

You can send them a copy of the receipt from the store you bought Pro Tools 10 and pray
for answer.

The problem has been solved.

For those who sadly will have in future a similar problem, it's useless to write an e-mail, strangely they don't' read them ([email protected]) you must start a support ticket.

The path is:
Ilok.com----Support---Authorization errors----rule out protected software

I know it's not exactly pertinent to the problem but it's the only way they can solve the problem quickly, because otherwise you can send them million of e-mails but they will never read them in a short time.....
