Default Uninstall Core Audio on OS X 10.7

I have a 2011 MacBook Pro which I wanted to use with an MBox II Mini. I installed the Standalone Digidesign CoreAudio Driver for Leopard/Snow Leopard (10.5/10.6), as it was the only one available at the time (this was in 2011 when Lion was new). Not realizing the drivers would not be compatible with Lion, they have caused some problems with other audio programs, including Max/MSP 5. I would like to do a clean uninstall, but have not been able to find out how to do this seemingly simple task.

Thank you, I appreciate any help I can get.
