Default Completely baffled here, no lie !!!!!

Hey guys I have 5 instrument tracks going and playing back BFD and 4 external sound modules.
When I adjust the tempo witht he conductor, only the BFD actually adjusts to the new tempo. Say I changed it from 120 to 100. All the other tracks are NOT changing to the new tempo, nor are the regions moving witht he change as the BFD track is doing. My drum machine using MBC is following just fine wherever I put the tempo at. Again, Im JUST changing the tempo, thats it!!!
Ive never seen this as long as Ive been doing MIDI. Any ideas??
7.3.1 BTW
