digi 002 latency over mbox?
i jus recently got a digi002 (board) and it might be me but i noticed that theere is a latency delay, that was not there before when i used my mbox... any suggestions guys?.....it feels almost as it were recording on beat but when we hear the playback it seems to be a lil off can it be recording itself with latency and thus internally delaying the vocalz?

Re: digi 002 latency over mbox?
use low latency monitoring, it works well, (it disables effects on record enabled tracks)

Re: digi 002 latency over mbox?
When recording make sure to set your "Playback Engine" to 256 samples or less to reduce latency. I hear no apparent latency at 128 and a very, very slight amount at 256. I too have the 002 but its the 002 Rack. If you use "Low-Latency Monitoring you will not be able to use any plugins or use any sends to external processors. That means that you won't even be able to use any reverb. I would use low latency monitoring only as a last resort.
