Default 3rd Party Plugins in 5.3.1

I thought I'd officially start a post to ask Digi about 3rd party plugins for 5.3.1.

Sorry to start complaining so early, but I need my plugs!

So my question is this: Will updates need to come from the plugin manufactuers, or will Digi be able to resolve this?

For the record, the only mentioned incompatibility (in the release notes) are the Bomb Factory plugs.

I really dig my classic compressors and the SansAmp, so I'm gonna cry until I get some attention.
