You might look into the various versions of Studio One 4 as they(at least in the flagship version) have mastering, CD burning, DDP, etc for authoring red-book CD's

Hire a pro mastering house whenever possible.

But ... you can master in Pro-Tools if you like.

Import your mixes into a new session, do "whatever processing" is needed ... a job that can take years to learn... and bounce-out each mastered song as a separate file. As you are processing, pull-in professional reference tracks and set markers to jump from your masters to reference masters. Big/medium/small speakers plus headphones. Loud/soft. Check it in mono. Check the song transitions. Take ear/brain breaks. If it's going to CD (but why anymore, really) then dither to 16/44.1 and use a burning app (like Toast) since Pro Tools does not burn CDs.

Music mastering is a process that can take years of experience to get really good at - just like tracking & mixing. Don't expect to click a mouse/add a plug/buy a "mastering app" & immediately achieve pro-level results!!!

Then you have to learn another daw.
I'd say as an alternative take a look at HOFA's CD-Burn.DDP.Master at https://hofa-plugins.de/en/plugins/cd-burn-ddp-master/ The nice thing with this version is you get the use of all their other plugins as well

Actually, the HOFA CD-Burn.DDP.Master App + Plugin – only 114,90 € looks pretty good. Will have to try their demo, too. Like the look of the graphics for the HOFA plug-ins.

Just perused the manual for DSP Quattro. Figured how to do what I need it for, but the manual needs a better road map. By page 150 I think I got it. There is some Spanglais sort of "speak" in its manual. Where is the author from, I wonder?

DSP Quattro does much more than just burn CDs. Supports plug-ins, plus has a live mode. Looks like a could be useful for many different things. It also has an audio editor and a mixer with aux channels. Plus it includes its own plug-ins, too.

Thought it odd that I need to use the "Advanced" mode to fine tune the start and stop of the audio tracks. But the manual does explain why.

Stefano is Italian. If you're talking about the manual for Version 5 (the new version) he said he still has some work to do on it but wanted to get it out as is.

Molto bene, Stefano. Complessivamente i finanziamenti sono stati utilizzati molto bene. Non si tratta di un documento perfetto: sappiamo tutti che non è perfetto.
