Running PT 6.0 and 5.1 on same machine
I am currently running 5.2.1 on OS 9. It runs perfectly.I ordered PT 6 to load onto the OS10 for the advanced midi features. Are there any nightmares in my path, and is it reasonable to expect that doing a standard installation, all should run ok? The last thing I want to do is create problems to a system that is doing exactly what it is supposed to. Thanks for any info.

Since the 2 OS's live seperately on the machine (one doesn't reference the other) installing PT6 and OSX will not effect your PT5 and OS9 installation at all.
If you want further information, I would suggest reading digidesign's compatibility documents or doing a search on the subject. Slim
