Default Smallest audio int that works with PT11, or higher

So now I use a Mbox 2 Micro
Incredibly small.
With PT11 on Win7
With laptop , travel for simple editing

What other interface can I use that is TINY like this?
Basically PT looks for ASIO interface, so any ideas?

I was gonna try my Zoom H1N as an audio interface as it has ASIO drivers
My Mbox 2 Micro sometimes craps out as far as audio playback, it starts to skip
I do know it is “old” and no longer supported.

So just wanted other portable options to stuff in my laptop bag.

Thank you

I have tried ASIO4ALL which works but I like having control of volume on interface. With A4All it’s full blast

I'd avoid anything that doesnt have it's own ASIO driver, specifically to avoid needing ASIO4ALL.

There are plenty small single chanel interfaces available..

Being a fan of Presonus interfaces, I'll throw the AudioBox-iOne out there as well.

Looking at how small that old Mbox 2 Micro was, something more like an IKMultimedia iRig would probably be more comparable. They have their own ASIO drivers:

For portable uses I would just go with built-in output

Agreed.

You mentioned it’s purely for editing, so nothing mission critical sonica wise.

The only issue is if the inbuilt headphone amp can’t drive your headphones. If that’s not an issue, save yourself some money and stay as portable as possible.
