Does anybody use this? Just wondering if it's same, im sure it is but don't want to delete anything that could damage my mac if it isn't neceasary to clean up in the first place...

I know people who swear by Cocktail for all of their Mac maintenance, but I like Yasu for the cleanup jobs. Mac perfomance feels a little constipated? Yasu gets it unplugged.
