Pro Tools Crashes when I start-up

I recently had a damaged OS and did and archive and install at the Mac store. Now Protools crashes when I start up. I updated, disk repaired, upgraded Pace, deleted the preferences....After that it got further, but crashed as I started a new session. Anybody know how to help?
