Pitch to MIDI Conversion

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for Pitch to MIDI software. I've been using Digital Ear on the PC (www.digitalear.com) but Im trying to get everything over to MAC at the moment. Therefore Im looking for similar software for the MAC which people have used and found to be effective!
