Longer Track Names Please....

No no, keep it as it is. Short tracks names, 2-3 letters and 2-3 numbers. Great free training for your memory

hi definatley want the longer track names. as for free brain training forgetit if i am working on a 64 track mix with 120 busses i wan the information there not have to spend half hour rembering what each one is or worst still soloing each track so i know exactly whats where. come on digi you can do it i am 64bit shurley theres a compromise somewhere

Really can't believe this feature still doesn't exist. I *HATE* not being able to properly name my tracks.

over the years (many) i have developed a template that uses small letters on audio tracks - most inst all set up and the CAPS for auxes and efx

makes it really much easier to get around

i also use the words MAST (master volume) for the 2 buss MAUX for the master aux for recording and MIXX for a mix in the box and •MIX• for everything going to the 2 bus

those "option 6 • dots) really clear up the ITB console

Those... are very sensible suggestions, and I thank you because I hadn't thought of using symbols, large and small caps etc as "code" for easy instant recognition. Seems really obvious, but there you go.... Thanks :)
