HD 7.4.2 w/ 10.5.8 - Missing Fairchild 660/670 & BF-3A

I've just updated from PT HD 6.7 to 7.4.2 on OS X 10.5.8

I have fresh install of about 60 plugins and all are working... except the Classic Compressors Bundle - I'm missing Fairchild 660/670 and BF-3A

The other two in the bundle installed fine: BF-2A and MC-77

I checked and I have the latest iLok authorizations for this bundle...

Has anybody out there got Fairchild 660/670 and BF-3A running on 7.4.2 w/ 10.5.8?

I dealt with this problem when helping a buddy upgrade to v.8 pt. Basically we ended up having to get a seperate authorization for the ilok. For some reason, the old ilok authorizations changed and dropped 2 of the plugins. I know this is a short answer but should at least point you in the right direction.

I'm not too experienced in dealing with Digidesign -
Who/which dept. do I actually contact?
What's the best way to get this kind of thing fixed?
i.e. phone, online, email..?

I believe my buddy got on with Digi cust service over and over and they kept telling him to download some sort of other installer, but the problem isn't the installer, its the definitions of what the original Ilok allows you to use. The old bundle had the BF2a and the Purple1176 in it. Im not exactly positive the details, but again, I do remember that the problem was with the Ilok Bundle Auth. Good luck!
