Apogee Rosetta 800 (or Lucid) w/ Digi001??
Just a couple of quick questions:
I have a Digi001. The RCA S/PDIF is assigned to a digital reverb. I wanted to know if I can use an Apogee Rosetta 800 A/D/A converter successfully with the two optical toslink I/O (PCI card). I know this is an obvious question, but I'm not finding the exact information...just want to make sure. Also, has anyone A/B'd the Lucid vs. the Rosetta 800? Comments? Thanks Ustad Khan Ali |

Re: Apogee Rosetta 800 (or Lucid) w/ Digi001??
I still haven't found the exact answer, but all the back connections from the Apogee seem to bear this out. I also just read a review in TapeOp where the reviewer was using this unit with Digi001, so it would appear that both the front and back ends are indeed compatible (usable) simultaneously with Digi001. I figure I'll print this in case someone else wants to know the same question.
