Code 7 error

just put tools back on the lapptop downloaded the updates grabbed the new beta 7 64 bit drivers and i can't even get tools to open...

I understand to be patient with Beta.....just wondering if this was a common problem or not

win 7 64, 2.8, 8 gb ram, 500 hard drive
