I've seen Venue software run on Ipad's, I take it that is what you are after?

I dont think so...

What you have seen is a VNC app controling the OS hosted by Venue. Very tacky.

A dedicated applet is a much more graceful way of remote controlling. Yamaha Stagemix, Presonus SL-Remote, Allen and Heath, Midas etc...
