Virtual Instruments MISSING, please help

I have looked everywhere for information on this and cannot find it anywhere.

I was told that Pro Tools MP 9 comes with virtual instruments such as piano or drum kit, I have uploaded Pro Tools 9, registered both the program and the audio interface but I still cannot find any of the virtual instruments in the program.

I will make an instrument track and a midi track, go to windows>mix>insterts A-E>Multichannel Plugin>instruments, and there's nothing there.
I've looked at youtube videos, tried to look through the manuals, I can't find it.

I'm wondering if something has gone horribly wrong and the program didn't install right.
Please someone help me figure this out.

When you installed Pro Tools did you check Creative Collection in the Installer dialog?

When I installed I was sure everything was clicked. Is there a way to check?

Reinstall Pro Tools and double check the Creative Collection is present and checked.
