skype on mbox????

I've got the original mBox and use it for everything but can't get Skype working on it at all.
Anybody figured out a way to make this work?
I can't find any useful information anywhere.

PT LE 6.4
iMac 1.25ghz 1g Ram Tiger 10.4.7
Skype 2.0.0.6

I'm running PT on a separate Panther partition and just have the Digi Core Audio mgr handling sound in and out on Tiger for other apps (since PT is so damn OS specific - a very annoying Microsoft quality that...)
