VGL is the company name
I left there and now just wait for the best solution

they claim that only a small number of units are effected... I'm not sure they are going to do much about it except swap out units if owners ship them to them.

i agree. personally, I don't know if anyone here has a 100% fully functional Mbox Pro. Either DSP or tuners are non-functioning, Windows issues with sound cutting out, White noise bursts... I'd assume there's more broken mboxes than fully functional ones.
Years ago, a friend and I had problems with a Mackie Satellite interface. The company shipped us a new one fast and included a label to send our malfunctioning one back. No down time, no run arounds. That's good customer service.

I have to send back to me repaired. Really irresponsible of them to twice the unit loses a couple of days and I live by it and you do not have to lose something to do.

The answer in my reseller VGL was WAIT Until AVID says something about a fix
AVID says just few units,
but we are a lot indeed, hope they are working about, this we not have 100% working MBOX 3 pro
