S3 not reflecting automation correct for send mute?

Is there known issues with S3 not updating correct for automated tracks on send mute?

I will try to describe an example:

I have a send to the same Aux on two tracks - channel 1 and 2.
On my S3 I have selected "Aux" on "Channel Encoder Assignment Switches", and each channel is displaying the send to the Aux on "Channel Strip Display".

On the timeline I have this:
3 seconds where both sends are muted ("In" button light off)
4 seconds where both sends are on ("In" button light on)
The remaining where both sends are muted ("In" button light off)

If I play this area with channel 1 selected, the "In" light turns on/off for the Aux send where it supposed to. But not on channel 2.
If I play this area with channel 2 selected, the "In" light turns on/off for the Aux send where it supposed to. But not on channel 1.

Is this a known bug?

I have seen it on other eucon surfaces as well. Got better with eucontrol 3.22.
