DigiLink included with used OMNI?
I purchase ProTools HD Native Thunderbolt. Do I still need to buy a digilink license if I buy a used Omni? Is there a way to buy a used omni with it's digilink license? Avid, this is confusing.

You'll need a Pro Tools DigiLink I/O license to use the OMNI with Pro Tools HD v12.6/higher, and it's up to the seller whether they are including that. The license is included with new OMNI purchases.
