License expired...
Hey.
I haven't launched pro tools since before newyears, and when trying to do so now it tells me my license has expired. My license is set to automatically renew each month during my yearly subscription. It expired on january 5th. The money was taken from my account january 8th. As I can see, the only fault here is the subscription fee not being withdrawn from my account in time, even though there were never shortage of funds to withdraw from. Anybody know which hoops I have to jump through to get this working again? Thanks |

I will escalate this to Avid now and see what happened. Stay tuned for a case nunber or an email so you can be up and running again asap.

Same thing happening here.
Money withdrawn 19th of january, Avid user page tells me it's all active, AppMan has a huge check on it, Pro Tools itself says expired - dunno how long this has been going on as i've been away for some days. System ID: 50068938 Would be nice to get some help on this fast (posted a case on this too) as i got a mix to finish with revisions by the end of this week - i don't want to go to PT10 and start all over again. Edit: I see that the newest file exported from Pro Tools 12 was 20th of January 2016, so for some reason it has just cut off after that Last edited by Skrynor; 01-25-2016 at 05:23 AM. |

Wuhu! Submitting a Case and posting on Avids facebookpage helps alot! PT12 is now up and running again =)
