The problem is that every time i press play on my system, my memory usage goes up by about 2mb and stays. Then if i stop and press play again, 2 more mb's, and on and on. The same thing if I'm editing. Drums especially. After a short While, my computer will choke cause i'm out of ram!!!

I currently have 1 gb installed. That should be more than enuff to edit drums. But no. 6.4 was fine with my 001. But when I upgraded to the 002, it came with 6.7 (I upgraded to 6.9), and that's where the problems started.

I love the new fetures and all, but this issue is pretty big. Open up your "Task Manager" to see if the memory keeps stacking up as you work. For many people and myself, this is a problem. They also said a couple of months ago that they would address this issue within weeks not months.....yeah right.

Digi, I love ya, but...

I also have run across this problem, only on certain sessions, and would be interested to know if there is a workaround/fix.

de_mix
"DE MIX" ? you know I feel betrayed a bit on this one. My business has the name "LE MIX" registered since the mid-eighties.
All in good fun mate, don't sweat it ..Happy mixing !
Good luck with that tech issue. God knows.. I am waiting to install 6.9 also after having a rock solid 6.4 system for a year.

cheers,
