Sync HD and Protools not locking anymore

Hi,

I recently had to trash my Protools preferences because of some issues. Since then i can get my Sync HD to lock anymore.
I can't select a clock source anymore in the hardware setup window.
But i can select the clock source in the session setup window. It's set to Sync HD, clock reference is Video in, Auto LTC/WITC for positional reference and Pal or Video Ref format.
The Ref present light is on (green). Confirmed the blackburst feed is set to PAL. The Locked light is constantly blinking (green).
Speed cal is lit yellow.
Check al cables aswell.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Make sure the clock reference is set to Video Reference, not Video In. And then set the Video Ref Format to match the specs of your project.
