I also have not received my Pro Tools 11 upgrade. I purchased my PT10 student edition around August 2012. Can you please advise when I should get my code.

Sorry Bruce, but I haven't received my upgrade Email either, but I think I know why. I don't have access to the Hotmail account that I used to register my PT 10 academic...I assume that's where the upgrade Email was sent. Luckily, I did save the registration confirmation Email (before my Hotmail account was closed) if that will help. Thanks!

Bruce, According to Avid I no longer qualify for the 4 years free upgrades (purchased Jan 2011) for I don't meet the "a student in the past 6 months" deadline. Avid should have handed this disclaimer to their resellers to post before allowing students to verify enrollment and purchase. This was not the case. This wasn't visible AT ANY RESELLERS website.
