Plug-ins no longer work in Pro Tools after OS X update
Quote:
Problem:

After I upgrade my OS X, my plug-ins no longer work or show up in Pro Tools.

Solution:

The latest OS X Delta updates can cause malfunctions loading Pro Tools plug-ins, and our plug-ins are among those affected by this problem.

To fix the problem, reinstall the latest OS X update using the Combo Updater, accessible from the Apple site.

For example, you can get 10.4.9 Combo here for G4 and G5 systems, and here for Intel Macs.
Since you are on 10.4.11, you should try downloading this:
Mac OS X 10.4.11 Combo Update (Intel)
(linked from the Mac OS X Requirements page, linked from the Compatibility & Upgrades link on the forum)

Download the Tech Support Folder and run the Tech Support Utility.

If that doesn't help, run the Pro Tools uninstaller included with your Pro Tools LE installer, and then reinstall Pro Tools 7.4 without any additional plug-ins.

Then install your plug-ins one at a time.
