I can't renew my annual Pro Tools Ultimate Subscription

Hi! I forgot to renew my annual Pro Tools Ultimate Subscription before March 31st 2019 but I'm still in the 30 days period. However in my avid account there's no Renew Link Button available like every year in my products... How can I proceed ?

I'd call Avid.
You'll spend 40 minutes on hold but they will eventually answer.

I tried for days to get a response form them regarding a support renewal- it was resolved on the phone once they eventually picked up.

Sorry for the trouble. To clarify... this is an Update Plan not a Subscription, so you own a perpetual (non-expiring) license. I see you have a case started so please watch for a case update email. If needed you can call using your System ID and reference your case #.
