Track select problems with Artist Control

Newbie here. So, I appreciate any help I can get and promise to pass it along.

Somehow, as I started exploring my AVID Artist Control, I must have touched some soft key, knob or rotary encoder that changed my options.

Now, when I select a track, I only get "Link" and "LR Pan". I don't get "Inserts", "Input", DYN" "EQ" etc. Also, when I select a track, it changes the Cubase Mixer to "Surround Panners" view, when I had "Show All Inserts" as my Mixer View.

I shut down my Cubase project and it reset everything , but I still have no idea what I did to mess things up. And there is nothing regarding "Undo" in the Artist Control Manual, which would help me if I make a mistake. So, any thoughts on what has gone wrong would be appreciated in my trying to get a better understanding of my Artist Control.

I had a similar problem with Pro Tools. Try the BACK button on the upper left under the monitor/control room button.
