Default Re: ProTools First 12.1 and 3rd party plugins

The reason I am "working it from this angle" is because I read that 3rd party plugins do not work with Pro Tools frist. I have already done my trial with pro tools ultimate. But the plugins gave me the same error on pro tools ultimate as the one in pro tools first.

I have a lot of third party plugins not working. (NOT VALID) Plugins like Guitar Rig, Kontakt etc. I do have licenses for them.

I will try to reinstall ILM and see if the problem is fixed.

What version of Pro Tools are you using now? If First you are wasting your time.

The normal pro tools, not pro tools first or ultimate.

Thank you for your time and effort.

Ok. I am finally making progress. My Kontakt 5 is working, but I'm struggling with Guitar Rig and Melodyne.. It's weird to me that SOME Native Instrument plugins work and some not..

I trashed my prefs file and I restarted my computer a couple of times. I also tried to update my plugings but I still get the same message.

Is there any other way around this problem?

(I should probably make a new tread)
