Audio is not what I'm playing

I finally got my keyboard connected to the program, however, when I play the keyboard, there's a delay, and then random notes come through the program.

I cant barely see the top off the video but it seems like you are in windows ?

Please share some information about your system and specs .

How are you connecting the midi keyboard . Usb ? Midi cable ? What audio interface ?

HP PC running Windows 8.1 (64 bit)
AMD A6-5400K 3.60 GHz
8GB Ram
Yamaha PSR-530 connected via usb midi directly to the computer.
Pro Tools First V 2018.7.0

Did you tried trashing PT preferences ?

Also is windows using the audio card as playback while using PT ?

Can you try another midi/usb cable ? Or another keyboard controller ?
