Default Waves Rewire Pro Tools 10 HD

I've searched and can't find the specific answer. Please help.

I have Waves Platinum TDM V.9. Waves Rewire is not in my instruments or any other plugin folder in my plugin drop down lists.

WavesReWireDevice.bundle IS in the folders:
Library->Application Support->Digidesign->Plugins
AND
Library->Application Support->Propellerhead Software->ReWire

There is no rewire.dpm on my machine that I can find.

How do I make Waves ReWire show up in my plugin list like it used to on PT 8?

Thank you.
