ProTools 11 hangs on exit

If I close ProTools 11 on my Windows-7/64 daw, it hangs amd if I force it to exit, it gives the following information:

Not enough info. Post a Sandra report and info on the interface. Not sure it would help, but maybe switching Windows to English would be worth a try(but I am grasping at straws with so little information) If nothing else, seeing the error in English would make it accessible by lots more of us on the DUC
