Default Offline Bounce and Automation

Hi guys so I'm trying out the Protoools 11 trial version
I (OFFLINE) bounced a vacuum bass line with modulation
and notice that it doesn't pick up the modulation which is the mod wheel
it does however work if i bounce it normally without using the offline feature
any ideas what it could be?

I'm not sure what you are trying to do but as you know, the offline bounce will work with plug-ind but not any external boxes. So if you are doing something "outside the box", it won't work for offline bounce.

Sorry if I don't understand the question.

ok I'm using the Vacuum virtual instrument and I'm using modulation
to change the sound filter. it sounds awesome but when i offline bounce the track the resulting audio is not what i had intended it has none of the modulation, but if i bounce it out normally it works fine

Is the offline bounce designed to use with all VIs? Can you change the VI MIDI to audio? It would work then, IMHO.

Where is the interest of offline bounce then?

It Doesn't make sense to have offline bounce and you can't change parameters, either i am doing something very wrong or protools 11 offline bounce sucks HUGE!! I'm sure I'm doing something wrong though Surely you can bounce instruments, and effects and modulation and reverb / delay changes
????????

Did a quick test and I can confirm that with Vacuum doing a offline bounce the modulation data does not translate. Doing a regular realtime bounce, it does.

Offline bouncing does work with pitch bend.

Has to be a glitch that Avid over looked. CC#1

+1

This should not happen with offline bounce.
