Default help my midi and time in the session runs slow.

the click and midi tracks cut in and out. also the time in the session will play for about a second and freeze and then play for a second. help? this never happened before. I have tried reinstalling protools 7.0 AND 7.1.

You using a dual core CPU? If so, install the dual core hotfix from microsoft.

Yes, however I think it's included with SP3 update which I see you already have.
