Have any of you tried doing the Apollo hardware re-set procedure?

Just tried that, doesn't help (good idea though)

Have we all contacted Avid support?

I’m not making much progress with them but if we all contact them about this maybe they’ll take it more seriously.

Jas, I've had some issues (signal from PT and from Apollo playing at the same time) when using the Green I for selective track monitoring as opposed to the global alt+k. Toggling it off and on with selective monitoring seems to fix it... sometimes.

Definitely pretty janky at the moment. I've only just started using LLM for Unison plugs.

- THIS WORKED FOR ME -

Contacted Avid yesterday, got an answer today:

Quote:
There are two things can try for now to see if it cures the issue:

- A power cycle: turn the Apollo 8p off and disconnect for around 5 minutes and turn it on again.
- Reset your preferences:

Reset / Trash Preferences
- Hold 'alt' and click on Go (Menu Bar)
- Go to [Library]
- Go to [Preferences]
- Go to [Avid]
- Delete the [Pro Tools] folder, then empty trash.

Reset / Trash the Workspace
- Open Finder
- Go to [Macintosh HD] / your main hard drive
- Go to [Users]
- Go to [Shared]
- Delete the [Pro Tools] folder, then empty trash.
In a previous post I said that it didn't work... my bad! Actually deleting the prefs UNCHECKED the LLM by default, so when I opened my session I had a double signal even in stop mode (on the record armed track). Sorry for being so stupid ;-/

Thanks John!
