Cannot Bounce to Disk
Anyone come across this one?
I'm trying to bounce down a project to a final stereo interleaved file but keep getting a dialogue box that says:- Could not complete Bounce to Disk because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/vb_cliff/AlturaPorts/NewFileLibs/FileFormat/MacBuild/ ../ ../FF/Audio/FF_AudioProperty.cpp", line 33. I'm running PTLE 7.3sc2 on a MacPro 2.66hz with 3gb RAM on OSX 10.4.9 Anyone?

This forum is filled with people not being able to bounce. There have been many posts about it. Instead of bounce to disk I use Record to Track (or RTD) so I never have any problem like that. You might try searching the forum. I don't know if they've had your specific error message, but some of the info in other threads might fix your problem (and you don't have to wait on a reply).

Try reducing your DAE buffer, the lower the better, zero if your system will allow it.
