I responded to the email with my purchase date of 4/7/13 I am searching for my records for a receipt that is 2 years old. Not sure why I need proof of purchase because avid obviously has that already. Shouldn't avid know when you registered your product.. Wow how frustrating. You buy a product and 2 years after the fact they want proof of purchase amazing.

now is: case# 02689553

but no ilok license for PT12, and no download link.

Did even open a case on the support portal, attaching my order in PDF, and that seems to have evaporated into thin air.
