Your Upgrades are still in the 'to be processed' group so I deposited 2 temp licenses in your iLok account and you can download the installers & docs from this temp page ...

I responded to the email with my purchase date of 4/7/13 I am searching for my records for a receipt that is 2 years old. Not sure why I need proof of purchase because avid obviously has that already. Shouldn't avid know when you registered your product.. Wow how frustrating. You buy a product and 2 years after the fact they want proof of purchase amazing.

Looks like duplicate cases, 02689553 is the current case in progress. Will reply to that.
