Default Digi 192 inputs stopped working

Hello,
I'm starting my session this morning when I realized that only my input 1 on my 192 is passing signal.
I've:
-checked my cables
-checked my I/O and hardware setup

everything is as it should be.

Is there a way to "reset" the 192?

Some info:
my 192 is configured for 16 ins/ 8 outs

I also noticed that my OS automatically updated to 10.4.9
I'm now downloading the "combo" update per Digi's recommendation, though lost inputs wasn't one of the symptoms listed.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Incompatibility can manifest itself in strange ways, so it's best to do the combo update and then check again if things are back to normal.

I had a crash yesterday where after a CPU reboot my cue mix out analog 1-2 started acting up, although my main mix sounded normal. Any signal out analog 1-2 would sound in the right side first, and then left side 30-40 ms later. I had to power cycle the 192 I/O to fix this.

Hi Ken,

Did you try making sure your hardware inputs are toggled to the proper choice, either A or B, as well as your +4 or -10 settings, also in "Hardware".

In our facility we use the B inputs, for esoteric technical reasons. When we occasionally have to toss our prefs, someone invariably forgets to go to the hardware settings and flip the inputs back to "B" since the default from Digi is "A". +4 is the default as well, so if you have used your -10 inputs, you'll have the same problem. Mysterious input disappearance. Maybe something else, but this is worth a try...

11 rooms, 4 TDM and 12 LE PT systems, all on an SNS SAN. All running 7.3

cheers!

Now when something like this happens in my studio I always check to see if the cat has chewed into some of those expensive wires!!!
